LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS
Originally developed
for the American Medical Association in 1998, our
workshops address the leadership skills that are critically
needed in the healthcare industry yet are not traditionally
taught in medical school or business school. Using instructional
material, interactive discussion and group exercises, our
faculty of experts focuses on teaching innovation, creative
problem solving, understanding leadership and management
roles, and advanced communication skills. Workshops are
tailored to meet the specific needs of the audience in either
half-day or full-day sessions. Weekend programs can also
be provided.
