We provide professional one-on-one coaching to senior executives and physician leaders facing challenging situations in their positions. We also have special expertise in coaching disruptive physicians, helping them improve their behavior, and in addressing hospital utilization issues so that physician over-utilizers improve their performance.

Coaching can help new or under-performing executives and physician leaders improve their working relationships with their Boards and staff members. Individuals being coached can better evaluate their behavior and the behavior of those around them, helping them successfully work through difficult decisions or politically-charged situations. For the hiring managers, the coaching process can provide a baseline assessment of an individual in a leadership position, including competencies, skills, aspirations, motivators, communication and management skills, attitudes toward change, 360 degree assessment, and cultural fit.
